Is It Normal To Have A Pronounced Vaccine Mark On An Infant?

Question: Hi - my son is 2 months old and has developed a pronounced vaccine mark recently. This is on the top left shoulder (where the first vaccine was administered on day 2). He always had a minor mark earlier but suddenly it seems to be more now. I have attached a picture of the mark now. Can you please advise if this is ok or if not, what needs to be done? Please let me know if you need any further details to answer this query.
Thanks,

Thanks doctor, indeed our second interaction. Are you saying it is normal even though it became bigger suddenly? This was not noticeable even 1-2 days ago. So just want to be sure.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
Brief Answer:
Yes it can increase like this
Detailed Answer:
Hi....yes XXXX, it can increase like this suddenly. Sometimes it can even form an abscess, but if it is too large then you send me the images and we will decide on incision and drainage.
But right now you can wait.
