Brief Answer:
nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr.XXXX, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is very common to have deranged periods in newly active females.
Just do a urine pregnancy test and if negative then there is nothing to worry.
But in case this irregularity in periods persists for more than three months then get a pelvic ultrasound done along with blood tests viz complete blood count and TSH.
All the best

Thanks for the reply.
we will go in for the test you suggested but is it possible to conceive even after using precautions and with having early periods.we will do look into the cycle for 3 months before seeing the doctor but what pelvic ultrasound is for and what's TSH?

Brief Answer:
minimal risk of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Most common cause for persistantly deranged periods is abnormal thyroid hormone levels and to know that we need TSH levels.
Second common cause is some ovarian cyst so pelvic ultrasound is needed to see the status of ovaries.
Chance of pregnancy seems to be less but after ruling out simple causes, there will br help in reassurance and thus further systematic evaluation.
