Question: I am a 63 year old woman and I want to start lactating so I can breastfeed my husband, When I pinch and pull my nipples for a while I feel the breast tighten like it tdid when The milk would come down with my children but of course no milk...Can you help me lactate again
Brief Answer:
Not possible to lactate now
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I read your query and I understand your desire for lactation.
Unfortunately the milk secreting glands in breast shrink and become dysfunctional with age. May be you can pump out few drops but that will be all.
It is not possible to recreate all glands to secrete milk. They would not function as before.
Even if you undergo hormonal therapy it is not possible to get milk to secrete from your breast.
