what should I do if my breasts are small and whenever I give birth as it is now, I'm unable to satisfy my baby's demand for breast milk, I spend most of my night frustrated because the baby need to breast feed but the milk is quite inadequate? Pleas help. Serfina

Hi,
You should excessive physical or mental stress / should have good nutrition with sufficient caloric intake (double of non pregnant state) including high protein (milk, pulses, egg etc.), vitamins (salads, fruits, vegetables) have iron and vitamin-mineral supplements as per your doctor's advice. Caress your baby while feeding. Whenever baby demands, start with breast feed and supplement top feed till the baby is satisfied.
