Detailed Answer:
Hello

I think you have posted this query by mistake.
I want to let you know that 1.6 ml of paracetamol will not be sufficient for 15 kg's baby.
There are two strength of paracetamol syrup available one with 120 mg/5 ml and another with 250 mg/5ml.
The dose of paracetamol is 10-15 mg/kg/dose and it can be given at an interval of 6-8 hours.
So for your baby 5ml of paracetamol syrup that contains 250 mg will be OK.
Do tepid sponging to bring down the temperature.
If fever persists in spite of giving this dose of paracetamol you can give ibuprofen(dose 10 mg/kg/dose 8 hrly). But if in this condition better I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician for clinical evaluation and to search for the cause of fever.

I hope this helps. Please ignore if you have posted this query by mistake.
Regards
