Sneezing
Coughing
Itching (mostly eyes, nose, mouth, throat and skin)
Runny nose
Stuffy nose
Headache
Pressure in the nose and cheeks
Ear fullness and popping
Sore throat
Its better begining with telekast or Zyrtec D?

1) Zyrtec D containing levocetrizine with pseudoephidrine could be better option than montelukast alone.
2) I also recommend analgesic like tablet paracetamol for sore throat.
3) Salt water gargling. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of warm water.
4) Avoid smoking and refrigerated drinks.
