Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.
You need not take all the medications together. You take either acamprosate or chlodiazepoxide.
As far as the fatty liver is concerned, it is due to alcohol intake and stopping alcohol will reverse it in 3-6 months. Your liver function is normal and so you can expect good recovery on stopping alcohol.
You have high TG also which might also be contributing to fatty liver. You can discuss with your doctor about taking fenofibrate and omega 3 fatty acid supplements.
As per your scan report, your gallbladder is partially contracted. That does not mean you have acalculous cholecystitis and so you do not need any treatment for that.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Dr.R.K.

Brief Answer:
Fenofibrate

Hi,
Typhoid organism can cause gallbladder problem.
Since only TG is raised, fenofibrate would be better. Atorvastatin in case cholesterol was also high.

Hi,
You do not need antibiotics for typhoid as you are asymptomatic.
Prescription/dosage are not allowed through this website.
As said earlier you need to discuss with your doctor about these medications and ask for a prescription.
You do not need medication for fatty liver. Only you control your TG levels and also stop drinking alcohol, it will become normal in 3-6 months.
