Is It Safe To Have Duvadilan And Endogest During 27 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Question: i am going with 27th week pregnancy,last wk is started bleeding with abdominal pain Dr refereed duvadilan and endogest 300 for 30 days,is this medics safe and is mild bleeding dangerous for baby or mother.

Thanks for reply, what could be the cause of spotting mild bleeding and does it means a premature birth before due date.
