Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for your question on HCM! I understand your concern.
I read carefully your past medical history and checked the drugs your are taking.
I would like to explain that the most important point to consider in your clinical situation is the anticoagulation treatment. It is very important to avoid any possible interactions between Xarelto, the other drugs that you are currently taking and the components of these two products that you wish to take.
I am glad to confirm that there are no interactions between Xarelto, Zoloft, Effexor, amlodipine and hydroclorthiazide.
No one of the component of the two products interacts with Xarelto. So they are both safe in your situation.
I would advise you to reconsider with your physician the intake of the combination of Effexor and Zoloft, because they both increase the levels of serotonin, causing a high risk for serotoninergyc syndrome, with high blood pressure and high heart rate. Effexor is also helpful in reducing your weight. So you can reduce the doses of Zoloft.
Regarding the two products I would recommend the second, because I think that its components are more effective in reducing the weight. Garcinia cambogia extract is famous for this effect.
Hope to have been helpful!
Feel free to ask any other questions, whenever you need!
Greetings! Dr. Iliri
