Yes, you can start Femilon after a few investigations.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
After childbirth it is common to have slightly irregular periods.
Before starting any tablets, first consult a gynecologist.
The reason for irregular cycles should be known.
You should have an internal exam, Pap smear, hormone levels ( FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, DHEAS, FRee testosterone ) and a pelvic ultrasound scan.
If the investigations are normal, you can start birth control pills such as Femilon, which will help to regulate your cycles.
There is no problem in future regarding pregnancy.
Most women can conceive easily once Femilon and such tablets are stopped.
What is your age, height and weight ?
Did you ever have a problem of irregular periods in the past ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Okay,
You have messed up your system by frequent and random intake of I pill, and also medical abortion kit.
Right now, please get an ultrasound scan done and start Femilon on day 2 of your cycle.
It is better than taking I pills randomly.

Explained.
Detailed Answer:
Since you are having very irregular cycles, it is best to have an ultrasound scan once.
That will rule out any other possible causes such as cyst, fibroid etc.
ONce that is clear, you can start Femilon.
Also, you should consult your gynec, who will examine you and take your history to rule out any possible contraindications for the drug.
That is what I meant, as a precaution.
