That means i need to quit whiskey. But it will be difficult for me. Plz suggest

Now my blood sugar is 178 and pressure is 142 /93 what do u suggest. Did i have to achieve bp of 120/80 and blood sugar of fasting 90 and Pp 110-120. Whats the target parameters of these under medication. Since i know under medication absolute control is not possible. I don't want increase in no of drugs
