Hi
Welcome to healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

Before interpreting your urine report, it is very important for me to know if you are circumcised or not. Coagulase negative Staphyloccus is usually skin contaminant and is usually present in foreskin.
As you are also having lower abdominal pain , it rerquires further clinical assessment and investigations based on physical findings.

I would not personally recommend concurrent use of Nitrofurantoin and Doxycycline . Nitrofurantoin is only helpful in prophylaxis of recurrent urinary tract infection. Doxycycline is broad spectrum antibiotic and is helpful in treatment of some of sexually transmitted disease.

I would suggest you the following

1. Kindly let me know whether you are circumcised

2. Are there any lesions on genital?

3. What are you referring when you say you have discharge in morning? is it seminal discharge or purulent discharge?

4. Do you have low grade fever?

5. Was any urological procedure done on you?

6. Are you sexually active?

Awaiting your response

Take Care

Best regards
Dr Shobha Deepak
