Is It Safe To Take Two Tablets Of 10mg Melatonin For Sleeplessness?

Question: I take 10mg of melatonin every night since I have a hard time falling asleep. sometimes it doesn't work. Is it safe to take 2 tablets of the 10mg? thanks

use 20mg with caution.

You can take 20mg of melatonin.

But I would like to tell you that it can sometimes cause flu like symptoms (bodyache, dizziness, malaise, tachycardia) and irritability at this dose.

Please take care of these symptoms.

Cut back your dose and Consult your doctor if you develop such symptoms.
