Thanks for your query. I have gone through the reports in detail.
The first semen analysis report ( date : 29/3/2011) is normal in quality and poor in count .
The second report (31/7/0000 ? date mentioned wrong ? ) is with poor motility, and good count , both have least or nil chances to cause pregnancy .
If both the tests were in the same lab i would ask you to repeat in a better lab and consider the need further evaluation.
Inadequate amounts of zinc can lead to low testosterone levels and diminished sperm count.Do consume foods XXXXXXX in zinc like Oysters, shellfish,Brewers yeast,Wheat XXXXXXX Pine nuts , pecans , cashews, veal liver etc and foods XXXXXXX in selenium like Brazil nuts , tuna , Lentils , kidneys , cashew nuts etc
The vitamin C in these foods affect sperm motility and viability. Vitamin C and vitamin A are found in many of the same foods: XXXXXXX red peppers, sweet potatoes, yellow veggies and fruits.Bcomplex vitamins also are necessary.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any follow up queries I will be available to answer
them.
