The left arm pain of short duration could be due to the pinched nerves in the neck.

3. Is there any history of trauma to the neck in the recent past?

Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Thanks for your reply and the compliment.
The symptoms are suggestive of inflammation of a nerve (neuritis).
I would advise you to take NSAID pain killer like Ibuprofen and an X ray of the cervical vertebrae (neck) to rule out the possibility of the pinched nerve in the neck.
Since the pain is not associated with other symptoms like radiation, sweating, palpitation or difficulty in breathing with normal pulse, BP and ECG, it is unlikely to be due to heart issue.
Hope this helps you.
Best regards.

Suggestive of neuritis.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Thanks for your reply.
You seem to have some sort of pain due to inflamed nerve.
I advise you to take X ray of the Cervical spine (Neck bones) to rule out the compression of the nerves originating from the neck.
Thus, an orthopedic consultation is recommended.
For the symptomatic relief continue taking NSAID pain killer like Ibuprofen along with Tab Mecobalmin once daily.
Hope this answers your query.
