Question: I'm a nurse spending long hours on my feet. It's turning into 10 hours on my feet with 20 minutes lunch if I'm lucky to get off my feet. Wondering if it's a plantar issue. Dansko shoes that in the past have always kept my feet from hurting but now.....

Brief Answer:
Plantar fasciitis likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in feet can be due to plantar fasciitis or low arch. To avoid the pain it is best to give rest to your feet from time to time. Doing a light massage in between and early in the morning will be helpful. Do take a mild pain killer and get suitable orthotics for yourself after a proper examination by an orthopedician.
I hope this answers your query.
