Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The non improvement and persistent pain in the foot can be due to a tendon injury or a fracture. This can be properly diagnosed after an MRI scan. The treatment will depend on the type and severity of the injury.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Praveen Tayal, Orthopedic Surgeon
