Question: hello doctor my follicle size was 16mm on day 13 and on day 15 when i went for follicular scan it showed ruoture and i made contact on 14th night...is it possible to concieve still...

i have one more question in my folicular scan there is evidence of hyperechoic lesion in endometerium of approx 9X6 mm which is reported as likely to be polyp..is this dangerous...or can it affect the pregnancy...is this size too big...

Polyp in endometrium is one of the reasons for infertility as well as abortion. This seems to be small polyp but can cause problem if it is present in endometrium.
You can undergo hysteroscopy test to identify the polyp and get the same removed.
