Question: Sir, I have sex with my gf after 3 days when her period got over. She took unwanted 72 within one hour of unprotected sex. After 6 days of sex, she got some light bleeding. Is this is sign of her pregnancy?sorry patient is famale of age 24. She have light pain also while bleeding.

According to your information, you did SAFE sex (first 5 days after period are EXTREMELY SAFE in case of 28-30 days cycle) and there is NO chance of pregnancy.

She got withdrawal bleeding due to effect of the Unwanted 72 pill. It is quite COMMON and PHYSIOLOGICAL phenomena.

Most women get this bleeding after taking the pill. It will stop automatically without further treatment within 3 to 5 days. Maintain genital hygiene properly.

However, her next period may be delayed for 1 to 2 weeks due to hormonal imbalance.

there is haevy bleeding which is stoped after 1 and half day. but she has haevy pain in her back. nd she is suffering from fever. Is there is any chance of pregnancy, bcoz she is feeling weekness.

In this case, she has NO chance of pregnancy. Therefore, you shouldn't be stress yourself.

General weakness and abdominal cramp are common side effect of the pill. Here, I suggest her to take Paracetamol 500 mg twice daily for fever. Hot water bag compression around back region and use muscle relaxant gel.

Take healthy balanced diet with fruits and vegetables, drink more water, keep bowel habit regular, maintain genital hygiene and take adequate bed rest.
