Brief Answer:
Very less chances of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
If your cycles are regular, then you are due for your periods anytime.
So having sex on 11th XXXXXXX just before your period is due, is less likely to result in pregnancy.
Also , the morning after pill is more than 95 % effective in preventing pregnancy.
So chances of pregnancy are very less.
The morning after pill can cause some amount of withdrawal period.
IT can also delay your period for a few days.
Please do not take mensovit plus or any medication, it will further cause irregular cycles.
just wait for your next period.
You can take a test 3 weeks after unprotected sex to be sure about pregnancy.
All the best

Brief Answer:
No need to take another pill.

Detailed Answer:
No that does not matter.
The I pill provides protection for 72 hours.
IF you had sex within 72 hours, you do not need any other pill.
The delayed periods are due to the morning after pill.
Take care.
