Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Wearing NuvaRing?

Question: Hello! My last period first day was Jun 12th and it lasted around 5 days. I wear Nuva Ring for protection and put it back on the 16th (around 2hrs late than usual). I had 2 intercourses half unprotected (he took the condoms off in the last minute to ejaculate, but he ejaculated outside both of the times) on the 20th and 21st. After that, on the 22nd I found some brown stains in my underwear (similar to the end of the period blood). What does it mean? Can I be pregnant or have an ilness? I can't remember if I experienced that before, but I don't think so. My period is usually very regular.

In my opinion the nuvaring is used continuosly for 3 weeks and later ring free interval for a week during the time which period occurs.
It is usually placed on the same day after 4 weeks when the ring was placed in previous cycle.
Failure rate might occur if the delay in putting the ring for more than 48 hours or more.
Moreover the risk of pregnancy is less as ejaculation was done outside.So mostly the brown discharge might be due to infection.
Wash your hands during insertion or removal and maintain hygiene.
Pregnancy is suspected if the period is missed.So dont worry the discharge due to pregnancy if any will not be manifested that early.

Thanks for the answer! It makes me more comfortable. However, this morning I just checked and I really have a heavy period right now, even though I didn't take off my ring anytime and even had my period ended last week. What can it be according to my first question and this new inormation? f
