Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Question: Hey, I am 20, I had a little make out session with my BF three days back, which might include some dry humping. The very next dahi got an upset stomach and feeling of fullness, then it stopped the second day. I've been worried if I'm pregnant and then I started having breathlessness, went to a doc he said its because of hormonal changes and minor lung infection. Please help me. Am I pregnant ?
