Brief Answer:
Quality of life depends on severity, body surface area, number of joints
Detailed Answer:
Regarging his living normal life it depends on the extent and severity of psoriasis.
If the disease is severe enough to involve more than 20 percent of his body surface area, showing poor response to the available drugs or having multiple joints involved then definitely psoriasis will affect his quality of life.
Psoriatic arthritis can lead to disfigurement and decreased movements of the joints if it is severe.
Without looking at the patient it is very difficult to comment whether his future life will be affected or not.
Moreover psoriasis has an unpredictable course.
We cant predict whether the patient can go in remission or show worsening in the future years.
Deranged liver enzymes are not directly related to psoriasis.
They are associated with the drugs that can be given to psoriatic patient.
If the liver enzymes are abnormal then certain medicines used in psoriasis can't be given or need to be given with more monitoring of the patient.

Brief Answer:
psoriasis mainly affects skin & joints
Detailed Answer:
Not much of his body is involved.
So he is not having severe disease.
Psoriasis is a very common disease affecting 2 percent of the XXXXXXX population and it doesn't have much health implications apart from affecting skin and joints.
The implication of deranged liver enzymes depends upon the severity of their derangement. If they are not very abnormal won't cause much affect on the health of the individual.
There are other medicines which can be given in persons with deranged liver enzymes.
