What Is Common Between Polyycythemia Vera & Psoriasis?

I have polycythemia vera and psoriasis and wondering if there is a link. In addition, I have. Very painful heel spur that I m having a hard time getting rid of and have issues walking always but its much worse if i have been off or on my feet for any length of time. I m now wwondering if i have psoriatic arthritis,

Until now, there is no specific research project or scientific paper that shows the strong link between psoriasis and polycythemia vera. However, it can be related to genetic mutations which is found in participants involved in previous research papers.
