Is Radiating Pain In Right Lower Buttock And Leg A Symptom Of Sciatic?

Most likely it can be due to bulged disc.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely from bulging discs in lumbosacral area which is also called as sciatica. This causes pain as well as numbness in lower back , buttocks and towards legs.
Conservative therapy will be helpful in most of the cases.
If you were my patient , in this condition I would suggest taking NSAIDs like Aceclofenac , Muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine , neurotropic drugs like gabapentin or pregabalin and methylcobalamin.
I also suggest to go to physiotherapist for procedures like TENS , ultrasound therapy or massage.
Complete bed rest on firm bed with orthopaedic pillow for initial week.
After that your physiotherapist will teach you muscle strengthening exercises.
You should also wear lumbar corsets whole day except in bed.
You can also do hot fomentation on lower back with the help of some one twice daily.
Avoid bending forward , twisting from the back and lifting weights.
Avoid sitting for long periods of time as it put more strain on lower back than standing.
With proper physiotherapy and exercises you will improvement within the first month. For some it may take more time.
In case there is no improvement short course of corticosteroids or local corticosteroid injections can be taken also.
Surgery is required in less no of cases.
A consultation with orthopedician is well appreciated.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
