Evion contains Vitamin E and it is an essential vitamin for healthy skin and hair.
It can be safely taken on regular basis with no side effects.
Moreover, i would like to highlight here that if you are looking for good option for healthy hair then Vitamin H is actually more beneficial than Vitamin E.
Vitamin H is also called Biotin, is a part of vitamin B complex.
There are some tablets available with therapeutic dose of biotin (i.e 10 mg) and many other essential vitamins, amino acids (FOLLIHAIR NEW etc) and these tablets can be safely taken once a day for 3-6 months without any side effects.
Apart from biotin tablets, I would also advise you diet rich in biotin like walnuts, eggs, fish, whole grains, avocados etc.

There any many brands available across XXXXXXX but personally I have use few brands like Follihair New by Abbott, VB-7 Hair by Intas etc in many of my patients and I have found satisfactory results with them and thus would suggest you to use either of them.
