My heart rate does come up if I move around. So a 48 resting pulse is ok. No chest pain or shortness of breath

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
No, If that's the scenario then I would like to suggest you to reduce the dose of Atenolol to half and if you are already on the lowest dose then you can stop taking it for a couple of days and meanwhile keep an eye on your heart rate and Blood pressure.

Hope to have been helpful

Kind Regards
