I have gone through your query and understand your concern. This means anterior curvature ( normally present) is reversed ( posterior) at C5-C6 level. There is degenerative ( age related) changes in disc and joints at that level. Other things are normal ( no fracture, subluxation or dislocation or Hematoma) . These are all age related charges. In this glucosamine is helpful. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful in reducing pain.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
