Question : Is it normal for your ribs on the left side under your breast to be slightly bigger then the other side. I feel no lumps, nothing abnormal and everything in each side is symetrical each rib matching each side but I think sometimes my ribs on my left might be ever so slightly bigger then right. No pain, hardly noticeable.

Brief Answer:
It is a normal variation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The slightly more prominent ribs on the left side can be a physiological variation. It can be due to more use of arm of that side causing a muscle hypertrophy. Since there is no pain and structurally it is normal there is no need to worry.
I hope this answers your query.
