Hi I'm new in this forum.I'm 28yrs old man and my height is 170cm but my weight is 123-125lbs which is very less.I'm eating sufficient healthy food daily and also drink around 4 ltr water daily.But the problem is my abdominal muscle is growing while there is no muscle growth in my arm which resulting a ridiculous body shape day by day.Could you please suggest what needs to do to make the body shape perfect?
