Is Sense Of Vibration Within The Head A Cause For Concern?
Question: I am feeling a vibration in my head(on the left and right side above ears) from past few days, is this a concern?

Sense of vibration within the head is sometimes found as associated symptoms of migraine. However since you did not report any other issues with this 'vibration' complaint, I will not tag this as part of migraine.
Further sometimes this type of vibration may indicate tinnitus which is associated with ear pathology.
As a whole I would not be very concerned now. I would choose to observe the symptom for the next few days to a week while you continue taking sibelium as instructed. If it persists, I will recommend further check up and evaluation. ENT tests along with blood investigations may be needed along with brain scan.
