What Causes Migraine While On Sibelium And Naxdom?
Question: My father was admitted to hospital for dengue fever and got discharged today. His platelet count decreased to 30k and later started increasing and it was 68k when he got discharged.
He was complaining of severe headache while admitted and a neurologist came and tested and suggested a CT Scan brain and the report is attached for reference. It says Bulky cavernous sinuses. The doctor was not worried much about it and I just wanted another opinion on this.
He has migraine headache before dengue as well. Doctor told to wait and see for another 6 to 7 days for the headache to subside and if needed we can do the MRI later.
Current medication:
1. Sibelium 10 mg night once
2. Naxdom 250mg SOS after the platelet count increases to minimum 1 lac.
Please let me know your opinion on this.

Thanks for the response.
Sibelium is advised to take from today itself. As mentioned earlier, his platelet count was 68k today morning and he has already taken one tablet and slept. Should I discontinue this tablet and start taking it after the platelet count improves may be after 2 to 3 days? Please suggest. Also, how long can he take this tablet?
Naxdom is anyways SOS and it is mentioned clearly to take it after the platelet count improves.
