Brief Answer:
No further check up required
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Both Sinus bradycardia and sinus arrhythmia is normally seen in well trained athletic heart . It rather signifies healthy heart which is trained for endurance and hence it's strong enough to supply enough blood to the working muscle without having to work hard .
Sinus arrhythmia is due to increase in vagal tone seen in athletes.
Just to reassure you XXXXXXX Phelps besaline heart rate during his Olympic wins were in 40 s
No further investigation or test required based on this ecg finding .
Let me know if any clarification is needed .
Do rate for others reference
Wishing you healthy life .
