Question: I'm 11+2 I had a scan 11+1 all was good I'm now spotting, with no cramping is it possible my baby is ok

Any kind of spotting or bleeding during pregnancy needs attention.

It needs to be evaluated and treated accordingly.

The cause of the bleeding needs to be ascertained by doing repeat USG .
