Question: is blood sugar count of 325 dangerous? i usually am 180. have had type 2 for two years.

No it is not dangerous, however if this remains for long periods of time then yes...

Please note that, this is not dangerous as of right now, however if this lasts for long periods of time then you can start to experience side effects related to high blood sugars, this includes and is not limited to thirst, frequent urination, leg numbness and parasthesia, kidney issues, eye issues, and the dreaded DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis) that can land you in the hospital, now if this was a postprandial reading then that is expected, but if it remains elevated, call your doctor and they should see you sooner than later to change your medications.
