yes surgical abortion can be done for 4 weeks pregnancy under an ultrasound guidance but medical termination would be better. if it fails then surgical modality can be opted for.

Can i take Mifepristone tonight and travel (by air) tomorrow morning at 11AM? Wanted to know if Mifepristone induces heavy bleeding? I am a bit anxious regarding the after effects of taking Mifepristone.

there are chances thaty ou may start bleeding in next 6 hrs of intake of mifepristone itself , so recommended that you should start only after you complete your journey.
