Brief Answer:
It is possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Clostridium difficile can be transmitted from one person to the other because it is not easy to remove it from the hands of the carrier person. Washing the hands and using disinfectants is not enough. Wearing gloves helps a lot. Using bleach for cleaning is also an effective measure regarding objects and rooms.
So the answer to your question is that transmission is possible. Please note that transmission does not guarantee infection. Using antibiotics is the sure path that leads to infection by destroying normal intestinal inhabitants and letting Cl. difficile grow faster.

I hope I've been clear enough, without too much medical jargon.
If you'd like me to clarify anything, please let me know.

Kind Regards!
