Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
The p24 antigen and HIV Duo test has come negative is a very good sign after 21 days.
It is very sensitive after 3 weeks to almost 97-99%.
You can be almost be sure of HIV negativity.
But it cannot be taken conclusive .As some may take 2 weeks to 3 months to form antibodies.
So it will be conclusive after 3 months.
The coating of tongue can be due to poor oral hygiene, vitamin deficiencies. It is not specific for HIV. You can get back with clear photos for clarification.
You can use tongue cleansers, mouth gargles.
You can get back for any clarification.

I do not see any need for tests as of now as you have undergone PCR, P24, and Duo test too.
So relax wait for 3 months and then go for antibodies test for confirmation.
