Brief Answer:
Staph is not an STD; Antibiotics are effective against staph

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Staph is not considered to be a sexually transmittable disease and antibiotics can surely cure staph.
Staph is a common cause of skin and soft tissue infections. Do you have any skin lesions in that area?

Brief Answer:
I would suggest antibiotics from the penicillin group of drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Staph can cause infection of the testes, epididymus as well as prostrate. The infection can arise from the blood stream. Epididymitis (inflammation of the tube on the back of the testicle) can lead to orchitis, as well.

If staph is a possibility then oral antibiotics should take care of it. I would recommend a course of Oral Amoxycillin+Clavulanic acid thrice daily for 10 days.

I would like to know the Oral antibiotics that have been prescribed already?

Brief Answer:
I would suggest a trimethoprim+sulphamethoxazole combination for a week

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I would suggest trimethoprim+suplhamethoxazole combination, twice daily for 7 days.
Theoretically, you only need only one sperm to fertilise the egg and start a pregnancy.
Sperm count of more than 20 million per ml, is considered to be be quite a good count to result in pregnancy.
Even a count as low as 3-5 million sperm is enough to result in pregnancy.

Brief Answer:
Oral Trimethoprim+suplhamethoxazole combination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Yes I have gone through the investigations, which show a low sperm count as compared to November last year.
Culture reveals that there is infection, with staph, which could be either in the epididymus, prostrate or testicle.
Trimethoprim+suplhamethoxazole combination is a single drug. It has good tissue penetration. It is an Oral drug.
Co-enzyme Q has beneficial effects on sperm count and is also an antioxidant.

Brief Answer:
Probably a lot of these symptoms are related to anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I don't think staph. can affect your sexuality, directly.
All these symptoms and premature ejaculation, are probably related to anxiety surrounding these events.
I don't think there would be much of an issue once you primary concern has resolved.
However, if anxiety and worrying too much is affecting your performance you may consult a psychiatrist. Your psychiatrist may contemplate starting you on a SSRI (Selective Serotonin Re-uptake inhibitors) like fluoxetine Or sertraline to counter premature ejaculation and associated anxiety.
