Your BMI is 28.

Normal weight is between 18.5–24.9, overweight between 25–29.9 and obesity
30 or greater.

Your weight should be between 51- 67 kg. You should lose at least 10 kg.

The cause of obesity and overweight is an energy imbalance between calories consumed and calories expended.

I suggest you to limit energy intake from total fats and sugars. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Also do not forget about regular physical activity ( at least 150 minutes per week).

I have tried pretty much all the diets out there only to loose 2kgs I do exercise and I am pretty active. do you recommend any weight loss tablets or can u recommend anything as I have honestly tried everything

With all this tablets is this problem that they will not produce permanent weight loss. Also some of them have serious side effects and can damage your health.

The second problem is that we have limited knowledge how these products work.

Also you can buy appetite suppressant but it works only while you are taking it.

There is a possibility that you may suffer from hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) which occurs when your thyroid gland does not produce enough hormones.

In this situation i suggest you to make a blood tests - TSH, T3, T4 levels because hypothyroidism may cause your weight problems.
