Brief Answer:
Drug interactions

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
There is no known adverse drug interactions between Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) ,a central nervous system stimulant and Adderall (amphetamine and dextroamphetamine) used to treat ADHD and Claritin (Loratadine) used for allergies.
Zantac (ranitidine)- there is no adverse drug interaction either with any of these agents. The addition of an H2 antagonist such as ranitidine, in conventional dosages may add benefit when H1 antihistamine(Loratadine) is inadequate
