Is There Interaction Between Prednisolone And Piriton?
Question: please can I mix 6 x 5 mg prednisolone with piriton for an insect bite, I took the preds this morning but the itching and swelling [ on my face !! remains]

the answer to your question is that they can be taken together. The real question is why would you take 30mg of prednisolone for an insect bite? A drug like piriton should have been enough to treat it. If you had had a serious allergic reaction (which would include shortness of breath and/or wheezing and/or stridor) then immediate transfer to the ER would have been your only choice. I can't examine you obviously but it seems to me that this is not the case.
