Is Third Generation HIV Test At 4.5 Months Conclusive?

There are two different scenario...
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I understand your concern.
I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious disease specialist, answering your concern.
Yes it is conclusive at 4.5 months for non occupational exposure.
NACO says it 6 months only for occupational exposure.
Occupational exposure means: When healthcare worker exposes to the known HIV reactive persons.
When you know that the person is HIV positive (In case of occupational exposure) it is necessary to extend the testing criteria to six months. The reason here is to detect that falling short of antibody production.
When you exposed to the person of unknown status, Only three month is sufficient to detect the antibodies. Here risks are very small.
NACO had conducted very large study and the conclusion of the results is as above.
http://naco.gov.in/upload/Policies%20&%20Guidelines/5-GUILDELINES%20FOR%20HIV%20TESTING.pdf
Above is the link for the NACO testing guide line, you can check on the page no 6 and 128. The matter will be clear after the literature.
In general antibody production starts and can be detectable after 3 months duration. Some people may take some more time to develop antibodies that is at 6 months

What do you suggest, shall I need to test after 6 months? Or just dismiss the chance of hiv? I have blisters at back of my throat. It's not painful. Just phlegm generates and I have to clear it time to time. It's very cold where I m living.
No need to test you further, phlegm is bcoz of cold
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking query,
No you do not have to worry regarding HIV. You can consider yourself as HIV negative person.
There is no need to test you further as you already tested your self at 4.5 months.
I think you do not have blisters at the back of throat. The phelgm generates because of cold at place you are living.
I will be happy to answer your further concern, yo can ask me here or you can contact me on bit.ly/DrArun.

I am attaching the photograph of my throat. There are red color spots. Can you identify those?
Regards
Not clear spots, but not seems to be HIV...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for asking query,
I have gone through the photo you have provided. The photo is not clear enough to see red spots, as you marked it with arrow. I believe it is not of HIV origin.
Let me answer your further query.
