Is Vitamin-E Tablet Enough To Treat Fatty Liver?
Question: Hi , I have been diagnosed with a fatty liver and have been prescribed with a Vitamin E tablet, Is that the only medicine i need?

I have read your query and understand your concern.
Basically speaking there is no medicine for fatty liver.
Treatment is aimed at removing the cause which is responsible for your fatty liver.
The most important causes for fatty liver are ....consumption of alcohol,obesity,diabetes,high cholesterol levels,use of certain medications like herbal medicine or pain killers etc.
Currently there is no medicine for treating fatty liver.
Treatment is aimed at lifestyle modifications,weightloss and regular aerobic physical activity in order to reduce the amount of fat present in the liver cells.
People with diabetes should control their sugar levels while people with high cholesterol levels should control their cholesterol levels.
Eat healthy food and avoid junk foods.
Avoid colas and alcohol
Drink plenty of water.
Eat more of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Keep taking your VIT E.
