Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query on XXXXXXX

Well looking into the query I would like to tell you that if your one leg is warm from knee to ankle , first thing at your age to be ruled out would be Deep vein thrombosis . It can occur any time and even if the previous reports regarding the vein were normal needs reevaluation .

Other thing would be sepsis in form of fascitis etc but there will be fever , intense pain , difficult to move etc. Rare will be RSD but that is always accompanied with swelling .

I will advise you to see your treating doctor because physical examination plays a very important role in such situations and gives the diagnosis even after just seeing the limb . So, please visit your treating doctor .

Take care.
