As per the report,i suspect the lesions on tongue can be of oral sub mucous fibrosis ,which occurs due to the habit of-
Tobacco or pan chewing.
biopsy of the lesion will help to give an appropriate diagnosis.
Corticosteroids along with vitamin b complex supplements has to be administered.
Meanwhile,maintain oral hygiene well.
Avoid spicy foods.
Discontinue the habit of tobacco or pan chewing if you practice any.
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
If there is severe dehydration,salivary substitutes has to be administered.

The lesions are curable if started treating at earlier stages itself.
Also as i mentioned previously,maintain oral hygiene well,avoid spicy foods.
Discontinue tobacco or pan chewing if you practice any.
