
Liver Profile Done. What Do The Values Indicate?

Question: Myself XXXXXXX , age 40, Height 5'9'' WEIGHT=93KG
i checked my liver blood test , its values are SGPT=61 & SGOT=38 , ALP 145 , Bilirubin Total 0.70, Direct 0.20, Indirect0.50, Albumin 4.40. What condition of the liver these values indicate.

One of the possibilities is fatty liver disease.
You can get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done to rule out fatty liver.

What does ALP VALUE OF 145 INDICATES. Is it because of alcohal, I am regular drinker. Please suggest some medicine if required.My uric acid value is 8.2

Your ALP is not abnormal.
All you need to do is quit drinking alcohol.
Your uric acid level is high. Some of the causes of high uric acid are high alcohol intake, diet XXXXXXX is red meat and certain diseases including malignancy.
Quit drinking alcohol and check your uric acid level again after 4 weeks.
