Hi,

Zoryl MP2 is a brand name for the medication called glimepiride, which is an oral antidiabetic medication used to control high blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes. It works by increasing the production of insulin in the pancreas and improving the sensitivity of cells to insulin, thereby helping to lower blood sugar levels.

Volix 0.2 is a brand name for the medication called voglibose, which is also an oral antidiabetic medication used to control high blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes. It works by inhibiting the enzymes that break down carbohydrates in the intestine, thereby slowing the absorption of sugar from the diet and helping to lower blood sugar levels.

Win BP 20mg is a brand name for the medication called telmisartan, which is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) used to treat high blood pressure. It works by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels and raises blood pressure, thereby allowing blood vessels to relax and lowering blood pressure.

It is possible that your Endocrinologist prescribed these medications based on the results of your RFT and urine for microalbumin tests, as well as your RBS (random blood sugar) level, to help control your blood sugar and blood pressure levels. It is important to take these medications as prescribed and to follow up with your Endocrinologist for regular monitoring and adjustment of your treatment plan as needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
