Lower Back Pain, Bloating And Increased Heart Rate
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain the lower side of your back can be due to-
1. Lumbar muscle strain- due to tear or pull of muscle fibres.
2. Infections like paraspinal abscess.
3. Intra- abdominal conditions like renal infections, calculi, cholecystitis, etc- these might cause the feeling of bloating that you are having.
4. Pelvic inflammatory disease
5. dysuria and frequency
Proper diagnosis involves investigations like ultrasound of the abdomen after an examination by your primary physician.
The treatment will then depend on the cause.

Thanks for writing again.
If the pain is persistent then renal infection is a likely possibility. Muscular pains usually subside on resting, hot fomentation and mild pain killers.
It is better to get yourself investigated if the pain is persistent.
