Muscle Became Hard Due To Exercising. Getting Muscle Pain While Doing Work. What Is The Problem?
Thanks for posting query.
Your muscle becomes hard probably due to faulty gym techniques.
Probably your muscles don’t stretch or contract fully until warmed. Expecting them to do so without preparing them sets you up for tears in the muscle that heel by fibrosis. Due to this fibrous tissue deposition in the muscle, the muscles become hard and muscle loses its contractile power, stretch ability so when you are going to any work need muscle contraction or stretching and you try to them forcefully muscle become painful and you know it clearly as you trying to do any work forcefully there are more muscle tear leading to more fibrosis. So a vicious cycle is created.
This type of problem is permanent. You couldn’t reverse the fibrosis already occur in the muscles. So only way to increase muscle contractility and power in muscle and decrease pain is physiotherapy.
Consult a Physical medicine doctor for correct regime of physiotherapy that you need and also for further opinion.

thankyou for your to the point answer. I agree to have used faulty gym techniques early on in my workout days. U said that the fibrosis already deposited cannot be removed in anyway(apologies for non medical words).. I have few listed questions, kindly answer them inline.
1. Will physiotherapy help in reviving my muscle growth?
2. Should i consider re visiting workouts. But d problem is, within few minutes of any body part, i start feeling tiring and stressed out n eventually get depressed.
3.What should i refer to this type of muscle problem? this will help in explaining it to the pysyotherapist.

Yes, physiotherapy helps in reviving your muscle growth. But it takes few months to a year to get highest benefit from it.
I understand the problems faced with work out. So the better ways for you is to start physiotherapy done under able guidance of a trained expert). It can be done for 4-6 weeks. Then you may resume your work out slowly. It is called wrong gym induced muscle damage leading to hard, painful, weak muscle. Things would be much easier when done under the guidance of a trained expert.
Yes, don’t worry. You can become almost normal (more than 90%) in terms of muscle strength, muscle elasticity and long hours of physical work provided you do physiotherapy in proper regime, proper duration and in expert hand.

Truly speaking it’s very tough to get a qualified physiotherapist. You should search for a person who is at least DPT (diploma in physiotherapy) qualified from a recognize university or board so that either you can search yourself or you can go to any good hospitals or diagnostic polyclinic or any good orthopedic surgeon private chamber where you will get one good physiotherapist.
At that point I think surgery may not need.
I don’t have clear idea about the cost in Bombay. But it depends on type and duration. In Kolkata the average rate Rs 250-300/day. Best way you can search website then surely you have an idea about the cost. Please see the following link for the list of physiotherapists in Mumbai

I am sure you will be fine in next couple of months.
